Peak Hand Speed

Peak Hand Speed is the observed maximum speed of the hands as measured on the grip of the club, measured in miles per hour (mph). When taking full swing shots, Peak Hand Speed should occur prior to the moment of impact, very close to the commit time in the swing when the hands transfer the energy of the swing into the shaft enabling the club head to move faster and pass the hands speed. This is reflected in the range automatically set in the app. When taking short game or bunker shots, Peak Hand Speed should occur prior to the moment of impact but will vary with the type of shot you are hitting.
